This is my wrap-up of everything I read/watched/wrote/listened to this month that I thought you might enjoy!
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
My first big girl publication came out this month! Giving It To Charity is a charity monster smut anthology. All proceeds are going to the American Library Association!
I am changing up how and when I release Date Night smuts, and I got your feedback on it! The polls are still open if you want to weigh in.
I paired cyborg/android romances with less intelligent machines in this month’s Monster Vibes Only 🤖
SONG OF THE MONTH:
BOOK OF THE MONTH:

One of my favorite things about omegaverse that frequents gets fucked up is the scents. And y’alllll this pack smells so good. Think: the perfect cozy rainy day with a book, but also horny. Everything about this omegaverse duology is like a warm cup of tea and a sweet treat on a rainy day, just like its author’s instagram feed. Juniper Walden is a popular beta romance author who unexpectedly learns in her thirties that she is actually an omega. Trapped in another country with no legal avenues to get home, she has to rely on whatever alpha pack will accept an “old” omega. Thankfully, a chance encounter in an elevator lead to 💕true love💕 with three alphas and an assertive beta. If you also went through a dark/light academia phase or ever had a pinterest board of how you would decorate a Victorian mansion, you will adore these books, these boys, and the epically cool house they live in.
OTHER CONTENDERS:
Catching His Eye by Emily Antoinette - a cyclops x cam girl short story that was part of the Strange Love anthology
The Filled Vessel by C.M. Nascosta
Radiance by Grace Draven
Trap by Kathryn Moon - a patreon exclusive short story in the same universe as Getting Down On The Farm
APRIL BIBLIOGRAPHY:
Monster Romance Reviews made a lovely post about the amazing relationship between indie artists and indie authors. It featured some of my favorite monster book covers!
Sarah at Monthly Musings created another really cool bookish zine. I think I ranted about this last month as well, but still obsessed with this monsterfucker zine too.
ContraPoints did an almost 3-hour deep-dive into conspiracy theories—why people believe them, what needs they satisfy, and what we can do about them.
FunkyFrogBait came the closest I’ve seen anyone get to encapsulating my feelings about A.I. Including all the screaming and goo.
Michael Microphone finally gave us the tea on Season 3 of Lost. If y’all are not watching these appropriately unhinged recaps, I feel sorry for you
IN OTHER NEWS:
I’m going to do a post about this next week, but I have been writing so much lately! My favorite project so far being the trashy Vegas wedding omegaverse story that came out of nowhere fully-formed in my brain.
APRIL LORE:
April marked TWO YEARS on substack! Shout-out to Alex and Natasha for encouraging me to start this. I have found many encouraging friends on here, but y’all have been so supportive from the beginning. Thank you 🥰
And that’s that on that. Thanks for reading and I hope you have a very recession pop May. As always, I do accept monetary good girls or thank you daddy’s (aka tips). But you reading all the way to the end of this is gift enough!
Thank you so much, friend 🥲 What a lovely surprise to read in my inbox this morning
